Harvard Beets


Provided by Jessie Groff

2 quarts cooked beets
4 Tbs cornstarch
1 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar
2 tsp salt
1 1/3 cups water

Boil all ingredients except beets for one minute.  Add beets, heat, and put into jars and seal.  Do not double recipe
