Baked Pineapple


Provided by Lori Hammons (1990)

1/2 cup of butter or margarine, softened
1 cup of sugar
4 eggs
1 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple, undrained
6 slices of bread, cubed

Cream all ingredients together, and bake in a greased baking dish for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
