Italian Meatballs


Provided by Jill Hammons

Mix the following:

3 pounds of hamburger
1 can of italian bread crumbs
1 medium onion chopped
1 can of evaporated milk
4 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Knead all ingredients together, roll into meatballs, and bake on a baking sheet for 30 minutes at 350 degrees while covered with foil.
